3-Day Return Guarantee
If you choose to return your vehicle within three days of purchase, a full refund will be issued, less a restocking fee if applicable. The vehicle must not exceed 200 miles from delivery and must be returned in its original condition.
7-Day Exchange Guarantee
If within seven days you find that another vehicle better aligns with your preferences, you may exchange your purchase for a different vehicle from our collection. The vehicle must not exceed 500 miles from delivery and must be returned in its original condition.

Every eligible vehicle is supported by the Ally Vehicle Service Program, a complimentary protection plan designed to cover unforeseen repairs. Provided through Ally, a leader in automotive protection, this coverage reflects our commitment to transparency, confidence and long-term peace of mind.
