Play A Round of Golf
If you a golfer, you’ll love Pearland’s options. Enjoy a few rounds at the Pearland Golf Club, open to non-members. Redesigned in 2014 to create a more challenging 18-hole course, visitors are guaranteed to soak in some gorgeous views while hitting a few rounds. Southwyck Golf Club is another option and it winds through the Silverlake subdivision. It’s a links-style course on the front nine with four holes going out away from the clubhouse, often playing into the wind, and five holes coming back for the turn, usually playing downwind. Timber Creek Golf Club, a 27-hole golf facility on 316 acres, and Championship Golf Center are other great options!

Shop till you drop at Pearland’s Town Center, a collection of 140 shops and boutiques in a beautiful open-air setting. Stop in major department stores like Macy’s or Dillards, pick up a book at Barnes & Noble or grab a bite to eat and a sweet treat with friends.
Sri Meenakshi Temple
The striking Hindu Sri Meenakshi Temple is a stunning example of Indian architecture and a replica of the original in Madurai, India. Built in 1982, this building is dedicated to Goddess Meenakshi and is the only Hindu temple devoted to her outside of India. The temple is larger now than its original size, with the addition of a visitor’s center, library and additional temples. A variety of events are hosted throughout the year and open to both members and the public.
